ST 50, ST 50 G: |
The inductive audio-frequency transmission enables users of hearing aids with additional induction coils to receive sound signals. The loop should be placed so that the listening area is included. The power requirement depends on the area enclosed by the loop. 0,1 W/m² can be regarded as a guideline. It is recommended to divide large areas into partial areas. The impedance value of the loop is app. like the DCR. If a multiple lead cable is used, you can adjust the DCR by parallel or serial connecting of the leads. If you use the ST 50 the DCR should be between 0,5 and 2 ohms. For optimal adjustment of the loopfield a separate poweramplifier is recommended. ST 50: Incl. two mounting stirrups. ST 50 G: Fitted in a plastic cabinet, incl. connecting terminals. |
