Digital Audio Multiroom System for transmitting audio- and digital data via standard IT networks (100BaseT systems: Ethernet, Twisted Pair, 100 Mbit/s) in max. 254 zones. Latency free, uncompressed data transmission in real time (CD quality). 6 Hi-Fi audio sources can be reproduced centrally, and an additional 4 via local input modules (DAM-LI) can be played at any node in the network and controlled remotely. It can be remote controlled via customised IR-keypad units – which fits into all standard switch boxes- or via IP (e.g. via touch panels, PCs, PDAs or media controls). The DAM KNX link is available for the integration into the KNX building automation.
